Two-fluid plasma model for ultrashort laser-induced electron-hole nanoplasmas

چکیده

We present a two-fluid plasma model to describe localized interaction, at submicrometer scale, of highly focused ultrashort laser pulses within dielectrics and semiconductors. This includes transport the electron-hole plasma, scattering, photoionization, impact ionization, interactions between charge carriers phonons. start with kinetic description, we consistently derive equations. Our numerical results highlight that can strongly affect density profile in case extremely interaction.
